A prosecutor in the US says criminal charges are possible in the fatal shooting of a cinematographer on a movie set in New Mexico.
Actor Alec Baldwin opened fire with a gun he didn't realise was loaded with a live round.
The victim has been named as 42-year-old director of photography Halyna Hutchins.
The director was also injured when the actor discharged a prop firearm containing blanks during filming for "Rust" in New Mexico.
Santa Fe's County district attorney has told the New York Times "we haven't ruled out anything".
Baldwin recently spoke out about the fatal shooting on Twitter.
In a tweet, he stated that "there are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother, and deeply admired colleague of ours."
"I'm fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred and I am in touch with her husband, offering my support to him and his family."
"My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna."
