The owner of The Tannery restaurant Paul Flynn says "the flavour is just really really amazing to the point where you see Comeragh Mountain Lamb on the best restaurant menus in the country.
This is significant because it's up against a lot of competition, you can get lamb from France, lamb from the West of Ireland but Comeragh Mountain Lamb is rapidly gaining status and prestige and the reputation for excellence."
