Last year Thomas Ryan of Marlfield, Clonmel pleaded guilty to 10 sample counts of abusing his daughter Simone Flanagan when she was between the ages of 10 and 14
The 22 year old woman waived her right to anonymity , telling the court her father ruined her life and she didn't want him to get away with what he did
The 58 year old was handed a 5 year sentence, with the final 18 months suspended.
