A cancer support centre in Clonmel is hosting a Winter Ball.
The CARE facility will hold the event on Friday 3rd November in the Hotel Minella.
The event aims to raise funds for the centre, which provides care and support for cancer sufferer and their families.
Members of Alison Cronin's family used the service - she says the centre "was opened in 2002 by 3 people and started off on a very small scale.

Now they have 28 volunteers and 1 Councillor available everyday and a number of therapists available for therapies during the week."
