UPDATE 17:00
Emergency services attended an incident on the M9 motorway between Waterford and Kilkenny.
A car overturned at around 3pm this afternoon on the M9 northbound between junctions 11 and 10 near Mullinavat.
One person has been taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Gardaí say one lane of the M9 was closed for a time but has since re-opened.

Gardaí, fire services and ambulances are all at the scene and it's not known the extent of any injuries.
Visibility is extremely poor in the area and motorists are being urged to approach with caution, with local diversions in place.
A Status Yellow Rain warning remains in place for the entire South East, with poor driving conditions around the region reported.

It came into effect at 11 o'clock last night and will run until 7 this evening.
Met Éireann has warned of heavy rainfall and the possibility of sleet or snow in some areas.
