A man has been arrested after a cannabis grow house was discovered in Waterford city.
Gardaí carried out a search of a house in the Roanmore Park area at around 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
A large quantity of cannabis plants were seized, along with a significant quantity of harvested cannabis, valued at €30,000.
The 34 year was released after being questioned, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
