Rise & Repeal Waterford are hosting a "Bus4Repeal" event in John Robert Square on Monday the 6th of March.
The event, which takes place from 12:30PM - 14:30PM, will offer advice and education to people on issues surrounding the repeal movement, including advice and education to people on how to access the abortion pill, as well as information or help with deciphering Women On Web consultations..
Vic Dunphy, a co-founder of Rise and Repeal Waterford, spoke to Beat News about the event.
She said she would encourage people who are unsure about the issue to come along on the day.
"We're encouraging people to come along that are unsure, that are still on the fence that want any information to understand the eight amendment."
"We want people to know that we want a total repeal of the eight amendment. Obviously we want people who are in support or are pro-choice to come and show support as much as they can."
"The amount of people who have got in contact with us locally in Waterford has been phenomenal and we could't have asked for a better response."
