Meet electrician and semi-professional photographer, Jamie Malone.
Jamie, who first experienced art of aerial photography while living in Canada in 2010, returned to Waterford two years later to give something back to the place he called home.
With a little help from Waterford Whispers News' Colm Williamson, Jamie has since amassed an incredible gallery of images from the sunny South East.
"The Wild Atlantic Way is well trodden at this point", said Jamie while talking to Beat. "The real magic is in the South East where there's still undiscovered gems out there. I wanted to give it the voice it deserves.
"If we're to zoom in a little closer, I'd say Wexford is my favorite county to capture. The history of that region is breathtaking - if only the walls could speak."
But don't pick up the phone for a family portrait just yet, as Jamie asserts that conventional photography just isn't for him. "I'm not interested in Wedding photography - or any other photography that can only work in a conventional sense. What I do has to capture my own imagination first, and then the memories of those who see it."
So sit back and take in our incredible sights - recaptured through the eyes of Jamie...
