BREAKING: Reports of Shooting outside House of Commons

Update: 15:20 -  There are fresh reports of further violent incidents in the vicinity. 

Update: 15.15 -  An eyewitness claims to have seen a 4x4 crash into a person & railing near Parliament, before the driver fled. 

A male and a policeman are reported to have been shot outside The House of Commons, London.

The incident is reported to have broken out at approx. 2:40pm

Up to 30 police officers are believed to be outside the building. 

A man with a knife has been seen within the confines of the Palace of Westminister.
