Boots has temporarily stopped customers paying with their loyalty points after a cyber-attack on 150,000 accounts.

The company says fewer than 1 percent of Advantage card users are affected - and that no credit card details were taken.

It says details weren't obtained from Boots - and it recommends not using the same password on other accounts.
