Gardaí in Waterford have confirmed that a body discovered near Greenfields in the city earlier today is that of Paul Tynan who had been missing since Saturday morning.
The 23-year-old was last seen near John's River at Riverwalk.
Waterford Marine Search and Rescue volunteers along with An Garda Síochána and members of Paul's family were involved in the search.
