An appeal has been made after a childcare facility in the South East was refused planning permission.
Tipperary County Council rejected plans to put up a portacabin for sessional childcare use in Dualla village.
Permission had been sought from Dualla village pre school last November.
However, it was rejected on the basis that the side is zoned residential.
