As the number of the Covid-19 coronavirus in Ireland total at nine, health officials are reiterating the importance of washing our hands properly.
The HSE has advised that 15-20 seconds is the minimum amount of time people should spend scrubbing your hands with soap and water or alcohol hand rub to help prevent infection.
Or the same length of time it takes to sing Happy Birthday song twice.
You can imagine it only takes a few trips to the bathroom before flashbacks of your tenth birthday party come back to haunt you.
Thankfully, Irish journalist, Nicky Ryan has tweeted a list of songs that also have a 20-second chourses.
Her list includes Mambo No 5, the Irish dancefloor national anthem, Maniac 2000, Bat Out of Hell and Cher’s Believe.
But if you’re really up for getting that bathroom sing-song going there are also these dancefloor bops.
Beyonce’s Love on Top
Fleetwood Mac's Landslide
Toto’s Africa
Bee Gees Stayin’ Alive
Lizzo’s Truth Hurts
And with no pun intended ...
TLC’s No Scrubs
