A teenager is in a critical condition after a crash in County Waterford.
The teenage cyclist and the driver of a car were involved in a collision on the Clonea Road in Dungarvan at approximately 4pm.
She has been taken to Cork University Hospital by helicopter where she remains in a critical condition.
A woman in her late 30s driving the car was treated at the scene for shock.
The road was closed for a technical examination but has since reopened.
Gardaí in Dungarvan are appealing for any witnesses who were in the Clonea Road area on Thursday afternoon and who may have footage (including dash cam) to make it available to them.
