A 19 year old man has been killed in a crash in Wicklow - the third preson to die on the roads in as many days.
It happened when a car hit a ditch near the site of the former IFI Fertiliser plant on Vale Road in Arklow at around 9.40 last night.
A 19 year old man who was in the front passenger seat was killed while the 18 year old driver received non life threatening injuries.
The stretch of road is currently closed for a technical examination and local diversions are in place.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
This is the third fatality on the roads in the past three days, on Sunday morning a 16 year old boy was killed in a car crash in Carlow.
And yesterday a man in his 50s was killed in a motorbike crash on the m50 in Dublin.
