Ireland's newest millionaire has described winning the Lotto as "a grand feeling".
The Kilkenny man picked up one million euro from the National Lottery HQ today.
He bought his Quick Pick ticket at the Londis Callan Co-Op and hit the jackpot on the Daily Million draw on February 15th.
He says he has no plans for his winnings just yet.
