76 patients on trollies in the south east

A south east hospital has the second highest number of people on trolleys.

St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny is has 29 patients on trolleys and overflow areas of wards.

The only hospital that's more overcrowded is University Hospital Limerick with 34 people in need of a bed.

More than 400 people are waiting on a bed at hospitals across the country.
