Children's Group Link have to vacate their unit at Butlerstown Retail Park as well as their storage facility in Bilberry.
CEO Brendan Halligan says they have nowhere to store tonnes of materials and equipment.

"We're hoping that someone out there that owns a property.
It can be a premises or unit. It doesn't have to be in the City centre.
That they're not leasing at the moment, that they might be in a position to allow us go in as custodians.
We're prepared to pay a very nominal rent, because we're a charity we can't afford anything like a full rent.
There's benefits to owners of these properties which are not being leased because you pay a substantial amount of rates on these properties unless you give it to a good cause or charity, then the charity is exempt from rates on those premises."
