25,000 South East people still without power

25,000 service users in the region have no electricity supply.

200 additional staff from Scotland, Wales, England and France are helping ESB workers in the five counties to reconnect households.

70,000  people nationwide remain without power after the storm, with water outages affecting 25,000households.
