The new centre in Waterford will provide voice support, customer service and technical support operations for large global enterprises.
The new roles will cover several functions across various job levels, spanning a multitude of skills from customer and technical support roles to subject-matter-experts in the areas of finance, HR, planning, and capacity management.
Welcoming the news, Waterford Senator John Cummins, said;
“It is fantastic to see another IDA jobs announcement for Waterford on the back of recent announcements by Bauch and Lomb, Repligen, Horizon Therapeutics and Tegus. Today’s announcement brings to 660 the number of IDA backed jobs that have been created in the past 5 months and they are a further vote of confidence in Waterford as an attractive location for inward investment. I want to personally wish the company every success as they grow and expand their team in Waterford."
