22 bicycles have been reported stolen in Waterford since September 1st, according to Gardaí.
Six of the bikes were stolen from the WIT campus area, four from outside shopping centres, a further four from Waterford City Centre, and the rest from estates throughout the city.
Gardaí are reminding people to lock their bike to an immovable object, lock frames and wheels if at all possible, or use a bicycle park when available.
They are also reminding cyclists to take all their belongings with them.
