A new EPA report says the overall quality of drinking water supplies is improving, but more still needs to be done.
More than 99 per cent of drinking water samples complied with quality and safety standards.

But 3,600 people are still living with a Boil Water Notice on their supply.
In relation to the supplies on said notice;
100 people in the Dundrum Regional area of Tipperary are affected.
That's in addition to 28 in the Chestnut Grove region of Wexford, 15 across the Waterford area and 10 people on the Callan supply in Kilkenny.
