NPHET has reported 1,180 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
It's a drop of 523 cases on yesterday's figure.
As of midnight, Saturday 4th September, we are reporting 1,180* confirmed cases of #COVID19.

Hospital figures are down one from yesterday, with 362 patients in Irish hospitals.
However ICU numbers continue to rise, 59 are in intensive care, up seven.
Meanwhile, the head of the HSE says the country will hit the milestone of 90% of adults fully vaccinated against Covid-19 next week.
Paul Reid says more than 6.9 million doses have now been administered.

The latest HSE figures also show 61% of 12 to 15-year-olds have so far signed up for a vaccine.
