Multi-Grammy award winning artist Lauryn Hill has announced that she will play the Irish Independent Park, Cork on June 26.
She will bring The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 20th anniversary tour to Cork where she will play hits from the iconic album.
The album, which won a record breaking five Grammy Awards, launched her solo career and is considered by many to be one of the best albums of the last 25 years.
The commercial and critically acclaimed album cemented is still as fresh as it was when it was first released 20 years ago and fans will be treated to some new variations of the classic hits.
Tickets, priced from €49.90, will go on sale this Friday at June 26 at 8.30am.
Also playing Irish Independent Park this summer will be Liam Gallagher who has announced a gig on June 23.
The ex-Oasis and ex-Beady Eye frontman took to Twitter - of course - to express his delight at returning to the Rebel county.
Tickets, priced at €49.90, will go on sale at 8.30am this Friday.
