Ingredients

  • 250ml of Avonmore Supermilk
  • 1 peeled, frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter

1. Puree all of the chilled ingredients in your blender until thick and smooth.
