This is a piece of art by painter Mark Rothko. One side is blue, and the other is yellow.

Yep, of course it's the spitting image of the great flag of Tipperary. However there's a catch....this piece of art has been sold at auction for a whopping $46.5 million!

Rothko was one of the most successful and famous artists in America before he committed suicide in 1970. The auctioneers Sotheby notes on its website that "few 20th-century masters have inspired greater awe and reverence in their followers than" Rothko.
This work is called "Untitled, (Yellow and Blue)", measures 2.42 meters by 1.86 meters and was completed in 1954.
Wonder if he was a Tipp fan?
