Heartbreak social club, a private tattoo parlour in Dublin are offering people €13 tattoos all today, Valentine's day and since 7:30 this morning people have been queuing up outside the shop awaiting the 10 AM opening.
Buy 8:30 am numbers of 60+ were queued all the way down Capel Street and around the corner onto little Britain street.
The trend of “13 euro tattoos” seems to stem from the US where in most parlours they do 13$ tattoos every Friday 13.
The parlour posted a pre-set list of tattoos on their Instagram yesterday which featured 50+ “valentine's day” themed tattoos

There was also a strict list of housekeeping rules such 'First, come first served', 'No queue skipping or holding places for people' and tattoos can only be placed on the arms and leg areas only.
These rules seem to be put in place to keep the neighbouring business and residents happy.
