McDonald's has announced their new summer menu 2022 with some exciting additions. They will be launching the menu in two parts. The first part is the Italian summer menu which launched today June 8th and will be available until July 26th. Then from July 27th until September 6th there'll be the Spanish Summer Menu.
So what will be on these summer menus you ask?
Italian Summer Menu
First we'll see the return of the popular mozzarella dippers. They'll be joined by two new burgers: the Crispy Chicken Italiano which is made up of a crispy chicken fillet topped with a tomato slice, mozzarella, a basil pesto style sauce, red onion and lettuce served up in a soft freshly toasted ciabatta style bun.
The Italian Stack which is comprised of two beef patties, mozzarella, crispy onions, a rich tomato sauce, lettuce and a smooth cheese sauce served between a freshly toasted tomato and herb style bun.
And of course they couldn't complete the menu without an Italian dessert - Tiramisu McFlurry is also added to the menu.
Spanish Summer Menu
Once the Italian menu bids farewell, we can say hola to the Spanish summer menu. Some of the mouthwatering additions to this menu will include halloumi fries, I repeat halloumi fries! We see the launch of two more new burgers:
The Chicken Fiesta which is a crispy chicken fillet topped with Chorizo, chilli cheddar, spicy tomato sauce, red onion and lettuce served up in a warm toasted chilli and paprika bun.
The Spicy Spanish stack which is two beef patties, chilli cheddar, red onion, spicy tomato sauce and lettuce served up in a warm paprika bun.
A new drink will also be added to keep you refreshed throughout those summer days: Spanish fruit punch.
