Burger King has announced a new product, the Doritos Chilli Heatwave Chicken Fries, available in portions of 6, 9, and 20.

Sharing the news on Twitter on April 1st, many users believed this to be an April Fool's prank, but the restaurant chain has insisted the fries are very hot and very real. "Ignore the date, promise they're real." they wrote.
According to Burger King UK, the fries will feature "100% juicy chicken breast, coated in a crispy layer of crushed Doritos for a satisfying munch, and a tasty dusting of the iconic and bold Doritos Chilli Heatwave flavour. "
The new menu item is available in participating restaurants from Tuesday April 4th. Ts&Cs apply.
