With another few weeks left of summer holidays, it can be hard to keep the kids entertained 24/7.

It's easy to send them to summer camp or sit them in front of the television, but why not head to the kitchen and get the whole family involved with one of these fun recipes.

Indulge in these chocolate brownies that kids can make for a birthday, or as a family treat.

The recipe includes chopped walnuts, but you could replace with M&M's, fudge or any other meltable treat of your choice.

Seen as the sun is still shining, have them as an after BBQ treat....

When your BBQ is cooling down, wrap brownies in a double layer of tin foil and place on BBQ, turning every few minutes. When heated, remove from foil and serve warm with cream/ice cream.
