Wallace’s Homevalue Hardware is looking for an experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position, and the successful candidate will work five days per week.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of customers orders.
• Interacting with customers in a positive manner and dealing with any queries they may have.
• Loading, unloading, preparing and operating a delivery vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• A full, clean C licence is essential and must have CPCs.
• Rigid lorry experience is a necessity.
• Have knowledge of hardware and construction materials.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
• Manual handling experience.
• Forklift experience preferable.
