Spa Manager (full time)
The successful candidate must have the following:
- The ability to work on their own initiative in developing and executing a business plan for a spa or leisure environment
- Experience in managing costs, driving sales and achieving targets
- A very strong customer focus
- Excellent organisation, communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience of working in a supervisory or managerial role
- Ability to lead a team
- A strong work ethic and flexibility required
