Tekpak designs and manufactures customised packaging lines for Pharmaceutical, Bio Pharma, Medical Device and Multi National Food Groups.

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our Award-winning Wexford based team.  We are looking for a professional with strong attention to detail, a technical and finance background. This will be a key hire for the business and the successful candidate will play a critical role in the successful implementation of the projects.

Qualifications 

  • Knowledge and experience of ERP systems essential
  • Previous experience in procurement in a B2B environment essential
  • Knowledge of customs
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Technical background

Job Description 

  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Working with the Projects Team to develop the procurement plan for the projects
  • Working with the Directors to identify potential OEM partners for projects
  • Identifying opportunities for economies of scale
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Process daily purchase orders to send to suppliers on our ERP software system.
  • Co-ordinating all orders, couriers, delivery etc.
  • Returns/Damaged stock
  • Processing Suppliers Invoices
  • Setting up new Suppliers on our ERP system.
  • Generation of project Reports from the ERP system for the Directors
