We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our Award-winning Wexford based team. We are looking for a professional with strong attention to detail, a technical and finance background. This will be a key hire for the business and the successful candidate will play a critical role in the successful implementation of the projects.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of ERP systems essential
- Previous experience in procurement in a B2B environment essential
- Knowledge of customs
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Job Description
- Permanent full-time position.
- Working with the Projects Team to develop the procurement plan for the projects
- Working with the Directors to identify potential OEM partners for projects
- Identifying opportunities for economies of scale
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Process daily purchase orders to send to suppliers on our ERP software system.
- Co-ordinating all orders, couriers, delivery etc.
- Returns/Damaged stock
- Processing Suppliers Invoices
- Setting up new Suppliers on our ERP system.
- Generation of project Reports from the ERP system for the Directors
