We are looking for a friendly, professional receptionist with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a hotel or similar role.
- Greeting guests and completing procedures on check in & check out
- Managing and handling phone reservations, confirming previously-made reservations & answering any customer queries
- Processing payments and balancing financial records
- Handling guest inquiries & resolving any complaints, and contacting necessary personnel to follow up.
- Delivering excellent customer service to all guests at all times
Required: The successful candidate will be required to have:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Receptionist
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, outlook & excel and experience with an office management system is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours – evenings & weekends
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Must process a “Can Do” attitude
- Well organised and ability to work on your own initiative
- Be efficient with great organisational skill
