We are looking for a friendly, professional receptionist with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a hotel or similar role.



  • Greeting guests and completing procedures on check in & check out
  • Managing  and handling phone reservations, confirming previously-made reservations & answering any customer queries
  • Processing payments and balancing financial records
  • Handling guest inquiries & resolving any complaints, and contacting necessary personnel to follow up.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all guests at all times


Required: The successful candidate will be required to have:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Receptionist
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, outlook & excel and experience with an office management system is an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours – evenings & weekends
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Must process a “Can Do” attitude
  • Well organised and ability to work on your own initiative
  • Be efficient with great organisational skill
