We are currently recruiting for an experienced, full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling of customer service calls and emails
- Generate and execute new sales
- Data entry and retrieval
- Follow-up on any customer queries
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience & Education
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- A degree in a Business discipline is advantageous
This role attracts a competitive salary and overtime rate of 1.5.
