We are currently recruiting for an experienced, full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling of customer service calls and emails
  • Generate and execute new sales
  • Data entry and retrieval
  • Follow-up on any customer queries

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A degree in a Business discipline is advantageous

This role attracts a competitive salary and overtime rate of 1.5.
