We are currently seeking an energetic, ambitious individual to join our Enniscorthy office to carry out legal administrative duties.

Responsibilities include assisting our team of Solicitors and Legal Executives with:
• Gathering information and assisting in preparing legal documents
• Formatting letters and legal documents
• Transcribing dictation and typing
• Diary management
• Communicating with clients and professionals in a timely manner
• Providing excellent customer service
• Filing, invoicing and general administrative support
Candidate Profile
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role is essential
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal environment; may also suit someone who has worked in Compliance or Regulation
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
