Full job description

JJ Byrne & Co Accountants Ltd are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to work five days per week.

Accountabilities of the Role:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls, providing assistance and directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations, credit control, payroll, expenses claim and the production of monthly management accounts to trial balance level.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

· Excellent office skills with proven experience in multi-tasking with excellent attention to detail.
· Advanced computer skills are essential: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Experience navigating software systems.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Confident & amiable personality.

Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
