Home Works Insulation is Hiring: Insulation Technician & General Operative

Home Works Insulation currently has two open roles and is looking for both an Insulation Technician and a General Operative to join our busy team in Co. Wexford. We provide top-quality insulation services across the South-East of Ireland and are seeking hardworking, reliable, time keeping individuals to contribute to our continued success.

Job Responsibilities: Insulation Installer

• Install Insulation: Apply various insulation materials in residential and commercial properties.
• Site Assessments: Evaluate job sites to determine the best insulation solutions.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain the installation process and address any questions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across the South-East for work.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team to meet quality standards.
• Other: Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and adapt to changing job requirements.

Job Responsibilities: General Operative

• Site Preparation: Assist with the preparation of job sites, including setting up equipment and materials.
• Support Technicians: Provide general support to the insulation technicians during the installation process.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials, ensuring they are ready for use on-site.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across the South-East for work.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team to meet quality standards.
• Other: Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and adapt to changing job requirements.

Requirements:

• Full, valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel for work.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Experience in insulation installation is an advantage but not required—training provided.
• Construction experience is essential.
