Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a key role within our growing Corporate Finance team. The role requires a candidate with experience of the Irish market from mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory services, valuations and raising capital & business planning.
An overview of the type of work involved includes:
- Preparation of detailed financial models and due diligence
- Assistance with the preparation of business plans
- Working on sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments
- Preparation of valuation reports
- Dealing with debt and equity raisings
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions and other parties
- Preparation of presentations and briefing materials
- Manage multiple assignments & meeting agreed deadlines

Competencies:
To be successful in this job candidates should have
- Previous experience in a similar role
- ACA, ACCA or CFA qualification as well as 2+ years post qualified experience an advantage
- a keen interest in a wide range of business sectors including pharmacy, retail, food & beverage, and emerging tech businesses
- have an analytical mindset
- strong communication skills.
- great team working skills and an ability to show flexibility when faced with new challenges
