Duties & Responsibilities:

This is a key role within our growing Corporate Finance team. The role requires a candidate with experience of the Irish market from mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory services, valuations and raising capital & business planning.

An overview of the type of work involved includes:

• Preparation of detailed financial models and due diligence
• Assistance with the preparation of business plans
• Working on sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments
• Preparation of valuation reports
• Dealing with debt and equity raisings
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions and other parties
• Preparation of presentations and briefing materials
• Manage multiple assignments & meeting agreed deadlines

Competencies:

To be successful in this job candidates should have

• Previous experience in a similar role
• ACA, ACCA or CFA qualification as well as 2+ years post qualified experience an advantage
• a keen interest in a wide range of business sectors including pharmacy, retail, food & beverage, and emerging tech businesses
• have an analytical mindset
• strong communication skills.
• great team working skills and an ability to show flexibility when faced with new challenges
