Mortgage Horizons Limited T/a doddl is a mortgage intermediary working with Ireland’s major lenders. With offices in Clonmel, Co Tipperary and Dublin 2 Mortgage Horizons Ltd is one of Irelands top mortgage brokers.
Due to increased demand within the business we are looking for customer focused individuals who will work to ensure our customers have an excellent experience in their interaction with doddl. The role offers variety and as the first point of contact with our customers it is a role we value and will support by way of training and career development.

Duties to include -
• Manage a wide range of queries from potential customers by both phone, webchat and email
• Work closely with experienced mortgage advisors on new business applications to bring applications to full mortgage approval
• Review new mortgage application packs to assess whether a pack is complete and all relevant information available to submit to a mortgage lender
• Draft a credit summary for review by the mortgage advisor setting out clients position and any unusual elements to the application
• Respond to file queries raised by lenders to ensure efficient progressing of files to approval
• Work with the experienced advisors to manage pipeline of files from enquiry to approval
• Update the database when file status changes throughout the application process
• Take responsibility for a pipeline of inflight applications ensuring prompt follow up to bring application to approval
• Understand customer requirements and work closely with a team of mortgage advisors
• Contribute to the growth of our business
• Meet compliance standards for the role ensuring full compliance with all internal and external regulatory, operational and administrative procedures

Essential skills and qualifications
• Success in this role will require a third level qualification or experience working in the financial services industry

Desirable
• Financial services mortgage experience
• QFA/APA qualification or a willingness to complete same within an 18 month period
