We are Hiring an experienced Accounts Administrator.

Due to the volume of Landscape projects locked in for 2025 we are currently recruiting an experienced

Accounts Administrator to support our Financial Controller & Purchasing Manager.

THE PERSON:

  • At least 5 years' experience in an accounts role with Creditor Ledger experience
  • Strong business acumen, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment.
  • Strong IT, numerical and data analysis skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • You will be responsible for creditors ledger, inputting invoices, matching POs and allocating costs to jobs.
  • Admin support for the Purchasing Manager.
  • Accounts admin & support for the Financial Controller, updating & maintaining records, monthly reporting & stocktaking.
