We are Hiring an experienced Accounts Administrator.
Due to the volume of Landscape projects locked in for 2025 we are currently recruiting an experienced
Accounts Administrator to support our Financial Controller & Purchasing Manager.
THE PERSON:
- At least 5 years' experience in an accounts role with Creditor Ledger experience
- Strong business acumen, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment.
- Strong IT, numerical and data analysis skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- You will be responsible for creditors ledger, inputting invoices, matching POs and allocating costs to jobs.
- Admin support for the Purchasing Manager.
- Accounts admin & support for the Financial Controller, updating & maintaining records, monthly reporting & stocktaking.
