Office based Junior Estimator with Bolster Industrial Flooring

Main Duties:
• Completing Material orders
• Measurement/Material take off for material orders
• Completing Contracts Manager requisitions to ensure seamless project planning
• Pricing flooring subcontract packages and general flooring enquiries
• Assessing the construction drawings for changes from the tendered versions.
• Compiling and agreeing variations with the main contractor
• Compiling and submitting the Interim Payment Claims to the main contractor.
• Compiling, submitting, and agreeing final accounts with main contractor

Requirements:
• 3rd Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Estimating/Construction Economics
• 1-2 years industry experience with main contractor or subcontractor and industrial flooring experience an advantage.
• Good understanding of the Irish construction industry
• Strong IT and Organisational Skills with attention to detail
