We are a Steiner Inspired Kindergarten set in the rural area of Ballymoney, Gorey, Co. Wexford. A small company with currently 7 staff members. This is a Charity based organisation run by a volunteer  Board of Management.

We cater from children from the age of 2 and half up to 5 years of age.

The ethos is based on the philosophies of Rudolf Steiner.

At Crannóg Na Leanaí our focus is on educating the whole child, body, mind and spirit. Ensuring positive physical and emotional development that balances the child's social, practical and creative skills.

Where children have time to be children. We aim to nurture a child's respect for and  to form a positive relationship with the world around them. There is a strong emphasis on outdoor play which is a large part of the curriculum at Crannóg Na Leanaí, storytelling, crafts, healthy food which is prepared on site,

As part of our ethos, we aim to foster a strong sense of community amongst staff, parents, children and our community. We believe strong connections, educational freedom, physical activity and having constant access to a natural environment is critical to our work, maintaining and boosting the child's physical, mental health and well being.

Our school has an exciting opportunity available for a Childcare Professional to take on the daily running of our Parent and Toddler group.
The candidate must be kind, caring, confidant and have a genuine love for nature.
Applicants must have at least a Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education and experience in the sector is essential.
