Yvonne Connolly shared a sweet post about her daughter, Missy, following her audition on The Voice UK.
The singer auditioned with bandmate, Georgia Gaffney and sadly, the duo failed to wow the judges with their rendition of Cee-Lo Green's hit 'Forget You'.
“So they didn’t get through but so proud of my daughter @missyykeating and @georgiagaffney who were brave enough to put themselves out there on @thevoiceuk ,” the mother of three said.
Fans took to the comment section of the post to praise the duo’s performance.
“Gutted for them but they did themselves proud. I'm sure there are bigger and better things to come,” one siad.
Another added: “The best part was when @missyykeating comforted her friend Georgia and told her look what we did. They are great girls.”
Speaking before the audition, Missy said: "Our families have inspired us so much. I’ve grown up around music, my dad Ronan being in Boyzone.
"He was my age when he started. So I just want to start my career now and get a move on."
