Has Irish ever sounded sexier?

Grá ar an Trá, Virgin media's enthralling new reality show as Gaeilge, reached its climax last night.

Waterford's own Donal & Michelle, hailing from County Clare, came out of the Love Teach as runners-up.

"When there's two dogs in the race, you want to win it. But, equally, I'm delighted to have lost to Talia and Zac because they're worthy winners," Donal said while reflecting on the show's outcome.

As the show concluded its run, it garnered a dedicated fan base, with viewers already anticipating a potential second season.

What happened in the Love Teach this week?

Contestants were tasked with creating sandcastles that reflected their journey. Following their triumph in this challenge, Zak and Talia selected the couple they would face in the final.

These two had already faced tough decisions during an earlier "Stay or Steal" challenge, where they were responsible for breaking up two couples.

By choosing to compete against Donal and Michelle, Femi and Saoirse were automatically eliminated from the show.

Producers arranged a break from the chaos for Zak and Talia in Port Láirge. Here, they enjoyed a House of Waterford Crystal tour and the unique experience of smashing crystal glasses and crafting their own.

Back at the Love Teach, Donal and Michelle took the opportunity to discuss their future while sharing breakfast in bed.

The final episode culminated with Zak and Talia emerging victorious.
