The Wanted's Tom Parker has died at the age of 33 following his battle with brain cancer.
The singer was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour in October of 2020.
The pop band released a statement to confirm the news
Max, Jay, Siva, Nathan and the whole Wanted family are devastated by the tragic and premature loss of our bandmate Tom Parker, who passed away peacefully at lunchtime today surrounded by his family and his band mates. Tom was an amazing husband to Kelsey, and father to Aurelia and Bodhi. He was our brother, words can’t express the loss and sadness we feel. Always and forever in our hearts.
Parker underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments for his diagnosis.
The 33-year-old was married to his wife Kelsey and tragically leaves behind his two children, Aurelia, aged 2 years old and Bodhi, at the tender age of one.
His wife, Kelsey's posted on Instagram saying "our hearts are broken" and that she can't imagine a life without his "infectious smile."
The Wanted were out on tour earlier this year as part of their reunion, with the band singing hits such as 'Glad U Came'.
