Britpop icons Steps are marking their 25th anniversary with the new greatest hits album, ‘The Platinum Collection'.
On the week of the Queens Platinum Jubilee, the group announced they will release two new tracks. They'll drop 'Hard 2 Forget' and 'The Runner', alongside some fan-favourites.
Steps who are made up of Lisa Scott-Lee, Claire Richards, Ian 'H' Watkins, Faye Tozer, and Lee Latchford-Evans have promised not to split up again.

You might remember they did just that in 2001 following their last greatest hits collection 'Gold: Greatest Hits'.
Speaking to The Sun, Lisa reassured fans: “We haven’t talked about splitting up because Steps is forever and there is so much love out there for the group.”

In a statement by the band they have promised that top of the greatest hits, the '5,6,7,8' hitmakers have also released the 'Platinum Megamix' on streaming services, as "a fabulous reminder of all their gigantic hits from the past two and a half decades."
'The Platinum Collection' is due for release on August 19th.
