The production company behind Alec Baldwin’s film Rust has been fined almost $140,000.
It follows the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchings, who was shot dead by Alec Baldwin on set.
The director was also injured when the actor discharged a prop firearm containing blanks during filming for "Rust" in New Mexico.
Mr Baldwin says he was holding the gun when it fired but insists he didn’t pull the trigger.
New Mexico's workplace safety regulator says the firm 'demonstrated plain indifference' when it came to firearms on set.
After the tragic incident last October, Baldwin spoke out about the fatal shooting on Twitter.
In a tweet, he stated that "there are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother, and deeply admired colleague of ours."
"I'm fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred and I am in touch with her husband, offering my support to him and his family."
"My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna."
