Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have launched their own official Instagram account - separate to Kensington Palace.
Up to now, the couple have been featured alongside Prince William and Kate Middleton on @kensingtonroyal, but from today, they will share everything on a new account named, @sussexroyal.
Sussex Royal will be the dedicated handle for coverage of activities by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and @kensingtonroyal will remain the social media handle for William and Kate.
Joint engagements will be covered by all platforms.
Harry and Meghan, who are expecting a baby this month, said the new account would be used to share the work that drives them, and important announcements.
Sharing their first post on Instagram, the couple wrote: “Welcome to our official Instagram; we look forward to sharing the work that drives us, the causes we support, important announcements and the opportunity to shine a light on key issues”
It was accompanied by an image of couple's entwined initials H and M below a coronet, on a navy background.
The news comes after Meghan and Harry announced their new household will be based at Buckingham Palace, while William and Kate will remain at Kensington Palace.
