Olivia Wilde seems to be living the dream.
Not only is she the director of "Don't Worry Darling", a much-celebrated actress, mother to two kids with Jason Sudekis but is also dating one of the biggest musicians on the planet.
Olivia is truly living her best life and has now opened up about not caring what other people think.
Speaking in an interview with Vogue, the director and actress spoke about her relationship with pop icon Harry Styles and explained that, really, it's none of anyone's business. Love it.
“It’s obviously really tempting to correct a false narrative.
"But I think what you realise is that when you’re really happy, it doesn’t matter what strangers think about you.”
“All that matters to you is what’s real, and what you love, and who you love.”
“In the past 10 years, as a society, we have placed so much more value on the opinion of strangers rather than the people closest to us,” she says.
But, she adds: “I’m happier than I’ve ever been. And I’m healthier than I’ve ever been, and it’s just wonderful to feel that.”
Olivia mether partner Harry Styles on the set of 'Don't Worry Darling' and were spotted together in January this year.
Wilde explained that there were a number of men who were thinking of the role before Styles but wanted more from it as a male actor.
“I cannot tell you how many men read the script and said, ‘Unless it’s a two-hander unless I’m in as much—or more—of the script than she is, it’s not worth it,’ ” Wilde says.
“And it’s not their fault.
"They’ve been raised with this kind of innate misogyny as a part of their society: ‘If I don’t take up enough space, I won’t seem valuable."
Olivia Wilde's 'Don't Worry Darling' is set for release in Ireland in September 2022 and stars Florence Pugh, Gemma Chan, Olivia Wilde, Harry Styles and Chris Pine.
